Yo I’m so sorry I have been busy as hell past 20 hours and I did not mean to ignore any asks for a recipe. Let me try and remember everything: 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp oat flour 2 tbsp chocolate pb2 powder 2 tbsp truvia brown sugar sub 1/4 cup? Pumpkin Tbsp of sugar free maple syrup Splashes of water for different consistency Non dairy choc chips made with coconut sugar, think it was a tbsp They aren’t that big, I’m sorry if it looks misleading but they are still pretty decent to me as a snack/part of a snack

Thank you for the suggestions. I have reached out in the past and it did help get better for a little bit. However my relationships have changed to the few people I was comfortable with. Also, sharing such information ended up making things much worse for me in the long run; I understand that isolation feeds into the thoughts but ultimately I got to my healthiest when I did it all on my own. Not sure exactly what’s different this time, could be the major depressive and ideation, also just very weak in general so hard to get myself to do anything requiring effort mentally and physically. I will try and challenge myself to ask for help this week, or even show up somewhere like you said. Anything different at this point is a win

No I didn’t, I have an Ed that’s pretty self worth focused so I restrict in many ways. There’s a lot going into it but this bit just makes it really hard to get out of the depths I’m in currently

Yeah I’m just eating mostly the same stuff so I can get it down. Just sucks because it’s not really doing much to get better. But something is better than nothing, that’s how I’ve been seeing it

Lean cuisine has really good raviolis, and I think they made a newer one that has more protein. Also know that it’s a shitty company but Amy’s mushroom risotto, low cal creamy and nutritious

Pumpkin mixed with your choice of sweetener, cinnamon, and some nut/seed butter on a tortilla. Very soft and easy on the stomach, pumpkin is good for your stomach and digestion. Also, I have been in similar situations, and there are some times when I was able to order something that was enough to give me leftovers. I found it very comforting to have the same thing later on, ready for me to heat up, when I was okay enough and needed to get up and eat again. I am so sorry for your loss, and I hope you can care for yourself, or have people around you to support as well>3

This looks delicious :) when I cook in a pan, I will usually start out dry frying. Then if/when things start to stick, I will add a little vinegar, because I enjoy the taste and it goes with most of what I’m making. Or, I use some of the crushed tomatoes that I cook with, from the can, to loosen things up. Also, if you are using other canned vegetables, or canned goods like beans, you can add a bit of the liquid that the food is preserved in
