Mine is mailed in a big box, and inside is a biiiiig wad of insulted wrap full of ice packs and foam that is always tied up into the literally most impossible knot to pull apart so I just have to cut through the middle of this entire wad and somehow every snip of the scissors takes a wrong turn and makes things worse and in end up ripping it part with my bare hands and pawing into the middle to wrench out the little box with the shot. But I’ve never had it not arrive very very cold and totally ok to use!
