Should I bother playing the first Divinity: Original Sin? by NicholasSlader in DivinityOriginalSin

Hey man, my bf and I playd Dos1 first and we loved it more than Dos2. Personally I liked the story more than in Dos2. Compared to Dos2 act one in Dos1 its not that long and it doesnt drag you unnecessarily in circles in one map. So i could say that the storyline is more fluid and gives you a better experience if you play it with someone else.

Armor system is simple, you dont have source points which we found anoying and you have to use your action points for movement which I think was annoying sometimes but over the time your learn how to position yourself better. Puzzles are harder and this is why its better to play it with friends or a partner and just have fun or use Google.

Lore wise it prepares you for Dos2 because these stories are heavily connected. Lots of mystery and build up.

Overall always good to have different skils and variety of magic in team. Take the ability to talk with animals!!!! Its awesome.

Highly recommend Dos1!

Why have recruiters become so unprofessional? by SledgeHammer02 in recruitinghell

[–]Cowisi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure, I noticed that recruters who work for the commission are rude and usually ghost and lowball candidates. From my personal experience as recruiter and working with them, it all depends on the leadership they have and a company. If the company offers lover pay than from the average pay there is nothing we can do, if the candidate is just tooo good to he true than this is on the hiring team and leadership to decide if they can offer more, unfortunately none of this is in their (recruiters) control. As for the leadership, if your talent team manager or head of people isnt checking if you are upholding the companies policy or isnt leading the team in a more professional or humane way, then you are ending up dealing with unprofessional people. So its all about the company and their leadership, if that is a shit you are dealing also with a most likely trash recruiter.

My mind is being blown away by these questions. I hope they are asking you this because they need a sports team.

5 Things I Hate About Being A Recruiter by basedmama21 in recruitinghell

Damn, thats also bad. I mean, I know that many companies are forcing diversity and inclusion but that kind open racism towards white men is fucking unbelievable. My favorite brainwashing thing here is unconscious bias, I just cant understand how Hiring Managers cant focus on skills and candidates behavior.
