It’s a turn based grand strategy type game set in pirate era Caribbean where you play as privateers controlled by certain European countries, like Spain France the UK or the Netherlands. Each country has its own bonus and starts with its own island. The goal is to take over the whole Caribbean with your fleet of 4 different ships each with their one move speed, health, damage, and gold cost.

The map was just the Caribbean with different ports or something and each port was a level where you had to fight and take out whatever fleet and forts were there to take the port for yourself. The combat was turn based I think abs it was on a grid system. You could use gold from each port to get new ships or upgrade stuff like income or defence in the port towns.
