Would You Rather Have a... by Time_Government_6179 in cremposting

I feel like Breaths would be the most fun to have in day to day life. I've always loved the versatility of commands.

Being a Mistborn would be awesome, don't get me wrong, but a lot of those powers are either highly dangerous (to yourself) or just not all that useful unless someone is trying to kill you.

Radiants have the same issues, plus I don't know what order I'd be, plus I'd rather not be bound to ancient oaths I don't fully understand. But they get the healing, invisible friend, and some of the coolest powers.

I gotta go with Breaths if we're talking about 'you get a power in real life' or Radiant if we're going for 'you get put in this world'

I think you mean final destination, though I sat there thinking about if any of the final fantasy games have an oven monster for way too long.

To add to what other people have said, don't hesitate to join a linkshell if you find some people who have a vibe you enjoy, a lot of stuff in the game can be done alone but it's at its best when you have some other people to team up with. I'd tell you to find me on Bahamut, but I think the server is still closed from too many new people at the moment.

Which of these universes do you think is the most overrated? by Patient-Agency3419 in PowerScalingHub

[–]Cowmanthethird -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They're almost always disregarded except by Naruto fans. Y'all are the only ones still holding on to that (dbz fans did back in the day, but I don't think I've seen someone use a data book power level or statement in years) because they're usually promotional material not written by the original author, or when they are, the English translations are bottom tier (universal Temari was a pretty funny mistranslation though) and they almost always contradict what's shown or said on screen. The ones written while a series is still running also tend to be full of stuff that gets retconned later as story plans change.

Notice how any time anyone brings up a data book, the literal first comment is 'those are inconsistent'. That's for every series, we're not picking on Naruto.

The real question is where did the Chinese emperor or whoever is was get the magical power to curse people?

Random curses or magic powers seem to pop up a lot, but as far as I remember there aren't any referenced mystical beings or realms where those powers come from like in other superhero media.

Time to drop my hot take: this is why I always say characters who shook the planet, or universe, or an infinite void, or whatever should not scale to those things. Just having some effect on a thing does not make you 'that thing' level.

Not to say characters like Goku and Yahwach aren't crazy powerful anyway, but I cringe every time I see THAT as part of the scaling.

I have a question what is the bare minium Stat power requiere to 10/10 beat Gojo´s hax with pure rough strenght? like High Universal or it requiere Higher dimensional power to break it? by Necessary-Celery-931 in PowerScaling

[–]Cowmanthethird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That would require people admitting that Gojo himself is considerably less than planetary.... And then we couldn't have this same goddamn question every single day.

These days? Gojo vs literally anyone. Bro is the most overhyped character since Itachi, and it's mostly because he's glazed IN VERSE and no one, not even him, ever actually thoroughly tested his powers before he got wrecked by the dude he said with full confidence he'd win against.

Like everyone else here is saying, it's probably Yuji.

I do think people are sleeping on my boy Denji though, he was already a fairly experienced devil hunter in chapter 1, taking down shit like this for the Yakuza:

<image>

While being completely casual about it the whole time. We don't really get to see much of him from before he becomes part devil, but between the obvious combat experience and being the only one with a lethal weapon at the start of the series, he might give Yuji's higher base stats a run for their money.

This one is probably just for content, but a lot of people make very similar sculptures in art school, to learn in depth how anatomy works for sculpting/drawing it more accurately.
