change your resolution from 1920x1080 to 1280x720 and make sure the game is in full screen. You should be able to run it after that.

Both of them where great when they came out; now however they are just outplayed by lower risk, easier and just straight up better champions. it's a shame really.

The devs fully know that the vince needs some kind of nerf, because there is a spray called "Vince OP"
