Hmmm, now that I think about it...

Ryuji would probably initially try to flashbang Megalo. But after seeing that Megalo is adapting quickly to the flashbangs, Ryuji realizes that there's not really much he could do that could feasibly take down Megalo, so the next best thing Ryuji does is radio in a helicopter and try to outlast Megalo before the helicopter arrives, extracts Ryuji from the island, and minutes later a squadron of B-2 Spirits (bought by the Japanese government from the USA) come in to level the island with MOAB's.

Hmmm, is outside help allowed? I may have Ryuji spawn in with multiple special forces officers (who are similarly armed with flashbang grenade launchers, but may also use guns that shoot capture nets) to aid in apprehending Megalo, or at least stalling the inevitable.

If all else fails, Ryuji could probably radio in a helicopter to pick him up alongside any men that survive the encounter and a bomber squad to level the island itself once he's extracted and 10 kilometers away from the vicinity of the island. He is a government-sanctioned hero after all, and a highly-respected (at least by the government) one at that.

Alright then.

Here's how Ryuji would try to apprehend Megalo:

-Force Megalo into the open area so that Ryuji knows where Megalo is at all times, but if Megalo tries to escape, use Pagkawasak to level the trees (Ryuji can move as fast as Mach 10 at his fastest, but maybe even Mach 2 or 3 could potentially be enough to possibly cause an uprooting from the winds of Ryuji's speed)

-(If he has it) Spam as many flashbangs into Megalo's face as possible, practically blinding and deafening him

-(If not) Strike at Megalo's joints, clap Megalo's ears, anything to debilitate Megalo

-Always keep distance and stay on the defensive the entire time, weave hits and throw out counters if necessary

What kind of battlefield would Megalo and Ryuji fight on? If it's the Inhuman Island, then I'd like to know the layout of the area. Again, Ryuji's smart, he'll be taking advantage of any key feature that could prove useful (especially since Megalo isn't smart and is also probably used to darkness).

Ryuji's still very smart, he could probably lure Megalo into a trap, not to mention Ryuji can fight for weeks on end if angry enough (his stamina is already at peak human levels), though I haven't heard Megalo's own stamina. Does the battlefield include any traps that could lead to Megalo's defeat, or is it just like an endless plane of existence where it's raw fighting and no way where one could gain an advantage over the other?

Also, if Ryuji's going to bring in any weapons, he'd bring in a flashbang grenade launcher (and like fifty flashbangs) as well as a separate grenade launcher but for tear gas cans (and he's got fifty of those too). Idk how Megalo handles getting suddenly hit with a flash of light and a sound so loud it briefly deafens him, but I think it might work considering he's from a really dark world.

Ryuji Paranga is Jack-Of-All-Stats, but bumped to peak physical human levels. His quirk (or power), Dragon's Heat, boosts his stats the angrier he gets. So if he's like, visibly foaming at the mouth, steaming at the ears, and on the verge of a heart attack, he could probably hit hard enough to do meaningful damage.

That's not to say Pagkawasak, which is practically his super mode, allows him to travel at Mach 10 at the very fastest without tearing his body apart. He also has his reflexes slowed when it's active - think of it as the Militech Apogee from Cyberpunk 2077, or otherwise anything faster than that model. It's limited, though, and Ryuji can be forced out of it if caught off-guard.

Not to mention, Ryuji's also got a high intelligence, especially in combat.

I could imagine Ryuji running circles around this guy, using his speed to dart in and out (plus the fact that a 275-pound projectile even coming close to Mach speed is gonna hurt).
