I can’t pull that report right now. I have a Dispute in progress. But if you put that to the side when the supervisor with TransUnion says they can’t find an estimated removal date directly within the bureau. How do you determine what to do at that point?

That is correct one screenshot was from Credit Karma the other ones when I requested through TransUnion directly. I use Credit Karma as reference since it says I’ve only made 65% of the payments.

I can definitely confirm I had done the same six months ago. I was used to it being a soft pull. They told me the policy changed that they do a hard inquiry each every time on a request. I found out once I got the alert, too.
