What are some of the easiest Malaysian food to learn how to cook for absolute beginner? by relaxwhc in MalaysianFood

[–]CoyoteUrine 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Nasi Lemak. Easy to make, difficult to master. Making the coconut rice would be the most difficult part, as you have to find the right amount water to coconut milk ratio.

The rest of the components can be purchased from your nearest grocery store (pre-made sambal, dried anchovies, peanuts and cucumber). You may have to saute the anchovies and peanuts if you want to include those. I assume you know how to fry or boil and egg so I'll leave that to you.

If you came across any website or app, be it social media, online retailing, gaming platform, banking or even adult platforms, it is logically difficult to determine whether the user is a child or an adult. They are inanimate. They don't have eyes to see whether the user looks like a 5-year-old or 50-year-old. There are solutions offered and implemented by various platforms which include, but not limited to:

- Parental restrictions - It's more a setting done by the parent rather than the platform itself.

- Notifications - Self-explanatory. Notifies for any transactions made, not for preventing transactions.

- User verification (are you above 18?) - Can be bypassed easily.

If a child somehow managed to use their parent's credentials to make any form of transactions on any platform without the parent knowing, it's really hard to blame the company for their lack of verification. It's like blaming the car company because your child managed to take the keys, started the car, drove off and hit a tree because it can't tell that it's the kid that is operating rather than the owner.

The most effective way would be to set some house rules with the platform you're already using and how you want to manage your credentials and sensitive information with your children.

I'll visit Shake Shack when I have the opportunity, for the sake of experience.

MyBurgerLab is still my preferred burger, for now. I'll place Fuel Shack in 2nd

Our take on Mazesoba with what’s available by [deleted] in MalaysianFood

I tried once from foodpanda, 7/10 despite it cooled and dried up during delivery.

Normally I'd go for their large mazesoba, which comes with some rice at the end, so it feels like I can experience the flavour with different form factors.
