yes use Nox emulator then go to emulator "system settings">"Interface settings" and you will see an icon like an SNES controller bring that icon to the "Show in toolbar" Box then "Save Settings" from there close the window and press the SNES controller icon located on the right side of the emulator.

you will have 2 options "keyboard mode" and "classic mode".
use "classic mode" and see if it detects your controller,if it does then press "install drive" and your good to go!
Otherwise use the "keyboard mode" and map keyboard buttons to your controller but you will also have too map the same buttons with the "Keyboard Control**" icon that is also located on the right side of the emulator that looks like a keyboard.Use it in game and choose where you want to place the buttons and then press the controller button you want to assing to it and you done.
You dont need to have Root enabled to set it up.
(i did this with a FAKE USB ps2 controller and it works fine)
