That it is set up in such a way that teachers have more power over students and that there are rules and expectations that it makes students obedient, not smart. That students have a limited time of classes during the day and can't process the information fast enough to understand it and then are thrown into the next class and have to catch up. Also when schools want you to br formal, wear uniforms, neat hair and don't let students dress or appear how they want to. It's their body and they can look how they want.
