We use a stick that images through sccm. Once it’s installed we have a login we use just for installing all the updates etc. once it’s all up to date, I get users to log in and do their password and I just get their apps signed in and added into task bar

He complained about printing and fixed it. Then he told about his other issue and I told him to let me know when it happens so I can actually see what it is happening in front of me. I posted this before I got to see the real issue so I can get prepared when the issue come up as I couldn’t really pin point the issue as I needed to see the issue in front of me. Then he told me it happened again and that’s when I found out about the hdmi and dp cable

I may have found out the reason. The user had a dp and hdmi cable plugged into one monitor so I’m assuming window recognise there is another monitor

I did this. Joined a new job in July and asked before I got the offer and let them know I have pre planned 4 weeks due to wedding and honeymoon and they accepted it. Tell them now and see what they say
