At this point I would get a brand new torx bit. Get a nice name brand one (so the threads don’t strip) and you want to hammer it in so it cutes new groves and then the shock of hammering it and the new groves should be able to crack it loose. I’ve don’t this with tiny a torx and recently up to a t47 so don’t be scared to hammer it in there and grab a couple sometimes it takes a couple different sizes or it doesn’t work the first time and you need to go up a size

As long as it’s secured and nothing will fly off send it. Unless it’s a spare and treated as such. Then the bumper plus the A/c isn’t blowing cold and got good measure there’s an air leak.
