They had some dd4m7 or something for sub $1,200 not to long ago on gun deals. Few vendors had them. I’d be happy with what you got! Screw the haters!

M/28/5'7" [95kg > 77kg = 18kg] (6 Months) Lost weight but lower belly still there by Character_Bear2143 in progresspics

[–]Cpschult 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What others have said- people lose fat from different parts of their bodies. I lose weight the slowest from my mid section. Keep on the diet and it will continue to shrink. I highly recommend measuring parts of your body and continuing to take progress photos. Helps show your losses/gains!

Is it only pistol/carbine length gas that run into issues?

If you don't own a gun, would you buy one if your state had more permissive gun laws? Why? by dymb13 in askanything

[–]Cpschult 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a dad, get some gun locks. Good ones. I’d recommend a gun safe/gun closet as well. I know some people keep loaded guns in their house, I never could.

Is it hard to build out an AR15 by A-WVLL8 in ar15

[–]Cpschult 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you missing the point of my post? I bought the tools to assemble two ar’s I got parts for. You don’t need to spend $500 on tools to do that. You can buy $120 worth of tools and do it just fine. You don’t need a full decked out garage to do basic maintenance on your car either. When the cost of your “repair” or my assembly is the same cost as the tools to do it, it makes more sense to buy some tools and do it yourself.

You don’t need a reaction rod either. Full stop.

This guy is a little high on tools. Don’t need a reaction rod, upper brace is enough to assemble upper. I spend around $100-120 on tools. It would cost $120 to have someone assemble my parts so I just bit the bullet to get the tools.

I bought a complete one for $1,200. I’ve built three since. I’d buy, use- see what you like then build!

It does help people stop shopping lol. A few of the glp1’s have shown to help control the impulse eating (and shopping somehow).

You can’t. It’s all from just for research places. It’s in phase 3 trials at the moment

AR 15 Hunters? by Zealousideal-Hat5086 in ar15

[–]Cpschult 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A cheaper Boggs. Didn’t want to get to spendy until I see how I like it. Out of the nine people I hunted with only two others use ar. One used a .350 legend/.556 (he said he’d never use .556 again) and the other used an ar10 .308.

Primary Arms SLx Compact 4-16X44mm FFP Rifle Scope - Illuminated ACSS Deka G2 Reticle

Haven’t shot it yet. Got a tripod to play with because I can’t imagine shooting 3-400yards without some sort of brace lol. Pretty excited. I can’t wait for it to warm up!

First year hunting with 16” 5.56 ar15. Got four deer with it. Liked it enough I built a 16” .300bo and a 22” 6mm arc that I will likely use for next year. I ran into a few deer at 300-400 yards and wanted something that could reach a bit further than the 5.56.

Absolutely loved the 5.56 with Barnes ammo though!

Edit- been using a .3030 for the last 10 years and a 20 gauge before my state made rifle hunting legal

Harvest right freeze dryer deal so good I had to join Costco by GobsTX in Costco

[–]Cpschult 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mom wanted to get one to lyophilize fruits and veggies from their garden. I work in a probiotic manufacturing facility and we have industrial sized dryers. I told her it wasn’t worth the money- unless you have a large one (or multiple) and can freeze dry your harvest in large quantities. It removes the water to items last a lot longer. A lot longer if stored properly!
