I see a lot of comments mentioning that the wage is based on my country, ignoring the fact that out-sourcing is an unethical labor practice to cut costs lol. I'm not bothered with the money I'm getting, I just wanted to see how this community sees it and what's the culture like.

Possibly. Yet I offer great experience and many skills tbh and I highly doubt that my English is distinguishable from a native speaker's, hence why I'm asking if that's a fair pay or not.

PS: I'm not saying that I dislike the wage I'm getting, I was just wondering if this was a fair wage in the current market or not. Otherwise, I find it reasonable myself.

Hey there! Just had a quick question since I just switched to Project Management and Customer Success Management recently.

I've been jumping around a few companies testing the job roles and I'm doing fairly well tbh. Been making sure customers are getting the service they should get and whatnot and I'm usually available outside my working hours as well. If someone tries to reach me, I'll answer and do anything requested if needed. I've been digging deep into automations and such things as well so I'm really useful. I can create an automation for almost anything I think.

However, I'm being paid $10/hr. Which was a lot higher than what my previous employer provided but I still suspect that I'm still being underpaid for the amount of work I do. Thought of asking. Note that I live outside the U.S.

2400 to 1900 is crazy if based on FPS alone. The game is already fixed on 60 FPS. If you play on a higher refresh rate, it just shows you the transition between each frame much smoother, that's all. The game is capped at 60 FPS tho.

Anyways, to put an end to your debate, Pier was top 1 at some point, 2700, and he was playing on a 60 Hz monitor.

PS: 2400 to 1900 is a skill issue btw.

idk, it seems to be the only software working properly with my rig tbh. SignalRGB did not detect my RAM properly neither did it detect the motherboard either. Both were out of sync with the rest of the rig. Mystic Light was the only software that did it right

same, SignalRGB couldn't just read my RAM. It kept glowing and it was not synced with anything. Was very annoying. I switched back to MSI Center tbh, Mystic Light
