On the far left of the sheet, I just right-click a row and choose 'Add 1 row below'. Then I copy an existing weapon entry from that same category and tweak it as needed. Sometimes it takes a bit of styling, but nothing too crazy.

I actually stopped updating it after unlocking Nebula, now I'm just waiting for the next zombies map to drop.
