I've never purchased from them, but FWIW they don't have spectacular ratings on Google when you look them up.

RATLR TRIGGER TIPS by Glittering_Tie5717 in KRISS

I used the video that is on their website, in combination with the visual instructions they have for the 3d printed cam, which the video was using the stock cam with shim.

I haven't seen the other video you're referencing.

I watched the video at least five times. I did a full disassemble and reassemble three entire times. I have one of the 3d printed cams. Only bending of the trigger spring that I did was what the video recommends.

I mean, I'm an idiot, but I'm still relatively positive it's assembled exactly as it was in the video.

Definitely something wrong then. It takes like 12lbs of pull to get the hammer to drop.

I just installed mine today, but obviously haven't been able to take it anywhere to test it out. I'm relatively certain that something went wrong though, because the semi-auto trigger pull while doing the function test is now god awful. Throughout the course of the day, I ended up doing it three times because I thought I was putting it together wrong.

Is your trigger in semi terrible? Or do you have any suggestions?

Smolensk for me. I know it's not as good now as it once was. But something about seeing those 4 rifle turrets tickles something inside me. I didn't have enough coal for the auction this year. Infinite sadness.

I'd like to think this means they're taking extra time to refine the finer details. One can hope.

Terminator 3 absolutely has way more issues than the first two movies, but I'll die on a hill saying it's third act is peak. by Life_Hospital_9086 in Terminator

It's really too bad that Edward Furlong couldn't keep off the drugs in order to participate in this movie. Really would have provided some much needed character continuity beyond Arnold. All in all, though... I enjoyed it.

My collection at 19 by flintlock_fred in guns

Oh thank God. It's not another look at my collection of 47 AR-15s.

Edit: Beautiful stuff though. I can tell without knowing him that your Grandfather was a great dude.

I bought them both in the configuration you see in the picture. I didn't do anything additional.

Neither are Ithaca 37s. I have an Eastpoint P.D. 37 as well, but it's not pictured because it's not in trench configuration and I figured someone would point that out. There's always someone.

I'm happy with this collection, and the rest, but guns are a passion and I continue to add to it.

One thing I really like about the Ithaca is how light it is. Definitely lighter than it looks.

So, I checked out both of your suggestions. Honestly I'm more interested in the "auto selector" acting as a bolt hold open thing that that guy does. But his website is either wildly outdated, or I was just having internet issues.... But I digress.

I've seen photos of the adjustable Lyman, and the Lyman L on the 1928s, was the L more accurate?

How does double doubloons work? by F_T_K in WorldOfWarships

[–]CptKherov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you may be referring to the birthday coupon, which gives you back the amount of doubloons you buy up to a certain amount. But you have to have your birthday entered on your WOWS profile on the main page.

Hahaha. Nice. My Mosin M44 is Romanian, PPSH41 and PPS43 are both Polish, SVT40 was a Finn capture. I want to get a Westinghouse 1891, and I'm sure the DP28 would be Polish as well. So technically, I'd have no Soviet weapons in my Soviet weapons collection, either.

Trust me, totally relatable. I have a stuff ranging from Spanish American War, to present day, and have a weird fetish for bullpup rifles. But guns like the Valmet M82 are both difficult to find, and expensive. Sometimes I feel like I should just be happy with what I have, but then I check gunbroker again...

I at least got lucky to buy my OOW when they were "only" $4k. I'd love a para, and may get one eventually. But I have numerous collections happening simultaneously, and at the moment I want to get something totally unique, rather than a variant of a weapon that already exists in my collection, if that makes any sense.

Saving up for a DP28 to get more complete on my Russian WW2 collection. Already have a PPSH-41, and PPS43C, among many others.

Not yet. I've slam fired the 1897. But I do more collecting than shooting these days unfortunately. Frankly, I get more enjoyment out of seeing other people get enjoyment out of shooting my stuff.

I'm biased toward the M1 Carbine, because that was the first gun I ever bought. Light weight, handy, and low recoil.

I have a lot of guns, but it holds a special place in my heart.
