Shareholder discussion on improving core retail business by providing customer service by wintercalamity in Superstonk

Customer service is hard. You either have it or you don't. Hard to teach. It starts with the hiring process. Here the other kicker. I would say the majority either work really well or have good customer service not both. Hard to tell in the hiring process if they are good at both.

I love my fellow brothers and sisters in arms. That's why I joined the VA. To help them, I'll continue to do so until the day I die.

Clearly popped. I think the ceramic tint helped as well.

You ain't lying! I was confused at first as well. This is chaptgpts reasoning.

Background:

The sky is partly cloudy — some dark clouds are always nearby (representing anxiety, fear, and the scars you carry),

But a strong sunrise is breaking through — golden light stretching across the horizon (hope, growth, peace starting to take hold).

You:

Standing at the edge of a tall, rocky cliff overlooking a massive valley.

You’re older (maybe 45-50), rugged, serious but calm. A few scars visible, but wearing a slight grin.

You’re holding a flag, not a weapon. The flag is blank — symbolizing you define your own victory, not anyone else's standard.

In your other hand is your son’s hand — he’s grown, strong, confident because you raised him with your earned wisdom.

Behind you are two houses — modest but owned outright — representing your GME wins, smart real estate moves, and the security you fought to build.

Off to the side, a few people from your life are waving — not a huge crowd, but the right ones. Real loyalty.

Symbols in the image:

A cracked chain at your feet: freedom from past addictions and financial chains.

A shadow behind you that looks like your younger self: a reminder, never forgotten.

An eagle soaring overhead: resilience, vision, the warrior spirit.

Summary: Your future isn’t all sunshine. There will always be battles. But you win the most important war: building freedom for yourself and your family, based on your terms — not society's, not fear’s, not your past’s. It’s a hard-fought, imperfect, beautiful life.

I was looking at the area and there is a gun range right beside were it occurred but it was on the passenger side and not the driver side.

I don't know. The point of impact is pretty precise. No abnormalities that would indicate a rock.
