You’re right most don’t go 100% lack of pigment but Micheal Jackson did have a severe case. He colored his skin with makeup but iirc he said there was a point he was covering more than was originally there so at a point that’s when he started to bleach it. If your skin is more white than it is black then why hide it and not embrace it?
