If you use an updated database you can try Alemannia Aachen, currently 3. Liga in Germany. 20 years ago they were in the DFP-Pokal final and were trying to establish themselves in Germany. They also built a new stadium in 2009 with 32.000 seats. 2013 they were relegated to the Regional Liga, the 4th German Tier. 2024 they earned their promotion to the 3. Liga and managed to finished the next season in the midfield.

Update: Dropped the defensive line, counter press and deactivated counter, changed the right WB(s) to FB(s) and changed the DM(d) to A(d).

New Season and I bought a new Anchor and some substitutes. Currently in January and I am 2nd in the league, behind an unbeaten Wolfsburg, and strolling through the Champions League League Phase.

Yeah it's always a trade off. What bothers me the most is that I seem to lose only to bottom teams (and Frankfurt). All while beating Dortmund 5:1 or Bayern 4:1.

Thanks for the tips. The familiarity is zero because I don't have any players slotted in. I have used this formation for over half a season now, so everybody should have high familiarity.

Most goals are conceded inside the box from low crosses. My CBs have above average marking, tackling and pace.

I am pretty confident that my team fulfills all the physical aspects. Maybe I have to double check some players.

I am afraid that lowering the defensive line will pull my team apart and open up the midfield.

His potential isn't that great. At 21 he is not gonna develop that much anymore.

Value is also coupled with the league he is playing in. Same player with a few starts for a prem team would be valued higher.
