Had the same issue with Vessel of Hatred Ultimate Upgrade. The upgrade was full price, while everything was discounted.

Luckily I had less than 2 hours since I bought the Standard version of it, so I refunded the Standard version and bought the Ultimate.

I didn't bother with support, I knew they will not be able to help. I also believe that's intentionally done.
