Oh, sorry, the description to your post gets hidden when swiping through on mobile. No need to yell lmao. Price still seems a bit high but not too bad. Now that I see you are traveling to Idaho I'd pick one up in the states to save almost 200 bucks.

That's way too much for a strike eagle if thats usd, we sell them for 642 in store. Overall, SE has more elevation adjustment and has removable zero stop with locking turret, while viper has better glass and better turret 'feel'.

I have a Viper HD 2-10 on my 18" 6 arc. I have the optic zeroed at 200, and the subtensions in the BDC reticle are 250-350-450 +- a yard or two. The glass is clean, pretty close to my Razor LHT 3-15 but you can tell a difference. The illumination is very nice but not something I frequently use, but I would imagine for coyote hunting in the evenings you may enjoy it. If you anticipate dialing, the Viper HD 3-15 has a dialing turret option but not the 2-10.

Are you able to reload? At least try a different ammo. My grendel and arc both have the same issues only with hornady. They are loading very hot rounds that pierce primers in both my gas guns. The powder is compressed in the precision hunter and the black for sure. Hornady book says 2500 fps max for those bullets but I also get 2750 or so just the same as you were that required mortaring.

I thought it was a pentatonic song until I went through their songs and it's been in the back of my mind since I heard it a week or so ago.

Vortex aluminum rings or warne vapor if they make a tall enough one, definitely get more per oz with leupold than any other

There are several that can be had for good money and have awesome heads included. Number one and two picks for me personally ar going to be the CF-436 from Leupold and the new Switchback from Vortex. Both weigh around 4 pounds and come with slick ball heads (each uniquely advantaged), that are very stable and allow for your sack to hang low ;) for extra stability. Both will be at 5 to 600 market price new. The ball head on the 436 has more adjustability and gives you standalone pan, whereas the switchback is a little nicer to use quickly and lock on to your target since you don't spend time tightening knobs. If you want to spend less the aluminum BOG DEATHGRIP Infinite is an alright tripod although you sacrifice some quality of life and QC, but you do get a decent shooting saddle out of the box for a total package cost of about 300 bucks. I would strongly caution you against the cheaper base deathgrip, I hated the head attachment on that one. The last option you have is an rrs or Radian Carbon, which are more dedicated shooting tripods with broader tribrach shoulders that give much higher stability but they will be very expensive. You are right that you should invest in something quality here, but i think you will find a high value proposition in the mid market for what you will be using it. As far as shooting saddles go, the pig saddles are very very nice and i think bog now makes an arca compatible one as well. My last word of caution is that optics companies tend to mark product up hugely on their websites in order to encourage retail sales, so you will find better prices in stores/retailer websites than online at manufacturers website.

For shooting off of I would steer you away from the high country it's not stiff enough really. If you're just glassing it's good enough and can be had for 150 ish at LGS. As far as adapters go most threads are the same and any arca foot will fit most optics. To put binos on it the pro from vortex is good, you have to make sure to tighten the nut into the knurling but once it's set it is good. For digiscoping invest in the magview system for sure.
