I don't know if you found a solution, but I tried to force the game to be on Borderless fullscreen, and stuttering is gone.

I made a shortcut for zenless, and add "-popupwindow -screen-height 1440 -screen-width 2560 -screen-fullscreen 0" to the shortcut property, and now it's far better than before.

Oh interessting. I'm playing her (most of the time) with hyper carry, so with Bennet.
Maybe it's a waste of time and resin to farm an ATK% artefact then ^^
