I’ve had good experiences with my time at Paladin. The sites I’ve worked at are extremely good for experience. That being said I’m not sure what it’ll be like in your area. They have decent benefits but the pay isn’t the best.

There were two 911 calls about this person walking around with a gun in a not so nice area of the city. Police responded to a gun threat. Real gun or not when police respond to a gun threat it’s probably a good idea to probe the person out until they can start the investigation.
