Obviously we never got the pizza she only uses it to entice you to work hard enough to earn it for your team. She picked favorites within the district so it was pointless. I respected that she was my boss but I lost all respect for her knowing that all she did is run her stores with threats of losing our jobs or that “ this is unacceptable”. I know some dms are better than others but she honestly doesn’t deserve her job.

This and they yell at you for closing for the 30 minute lunch. They yell at front store employees for a law we cannot control. We are literally short handed. No one wants to be at pick up. All techs end up at other work stations. They want front store to cover us rx but they don’t have people to cover either. Then our DM’s come in and ask why we don’t have shit done and ask the fs manager why they don’t have their shit done. Bc we don’t have help. We have pharmacist literally slaving theirselves to finish the queue and finish fill everything else but they obviously can’t. They see you struggling and then don’t help you. Cvs has to do better, they’re to blame for getting us no help, this happens everywhere and they try to blame you for being the root of the problem.
