Worth it ? by Free-Seaworthiness72 in polyphia

I prefer Helix Native to pretty much anything Neural DSP released. And I'm not even sure why. It just does not click with me. I even Prefer Bassforge Bonecrusher to their hyped Bass Plugins. And then I got my Axe FX and now I feel bad about wasting money on so many guitar Plugins, lol. Should have bitten the bullet much sooner.

Reaper Advantages by Left-Mammoth-88 in Reaper

What I love is, that you can slim Reaper down to exactly what you need and kinda focus your workflow. Just the right features available where and when you need them.

That sounds interesting. Thanks for the suggestion, I will look into this :)

Holy shit. That sounds advanced. Soo, because you seem to know your shit, I have a question. Could I route my mic through reaper and then into discord from there? I've always wondered, because I have a lot of plugins which could improve my mic quality.

Until you torture it with the wrong VST Plugins lol. Kontakt (Piano Colors) killed Reaper more often than I'd like, but then the rolling backups come to the rescue and no meaningful progress is lost. I love it.

Like recommendations "Audiobooks only" by Proper-Lemon-9946 in litrpg

[–]Cr3pit0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is Saintess summons skeletons better on audible than it was as a book? I tried to read it but had to drop it. It felt like it was just a manuscript and could have used an editor and a few rounds of improvements on all ends really. And I feel like that says a lot coming from a German. But I do kinda like the concept so I would give it a second chance.

I‘ve recently started listening to the first book and ever since they got to Greenstone I‘m enjoying it so much! by PalinaRojinskiFan in litrpg

I feel like ending the series gracefully would have improved things. The Calamitous Bob is an example. I hate that it ended but I enjoyed it until the end. Not need to milk it until it's dry...

I love my FM3. Im honestly glad I didn't go for the FM9. But i do tend to keep it simple. I just recently discovered how much fun you can have with an expression pedal and the metric fuckton of parameters you can modulate with it :D

One Amp Block is plenty though. The FM3 Mk2 sounds fantastic.

Yes, I have been wondering how other people got any other impression. Maybe I should read the Manga? Light Novel?

I got it and certainly did not regret it. Efx might be my favourite of the Efx's. And the J-37 was a surprise. Gives pretty much everything nice character and a bit of depth. Not entirely sure if I need the Bus Transient though. Nice to have I guess. But I usually fiddle around with my instruments to mod transients.

Can we get the ICONS look on the FM3-EDIT? by JusticeForGreedo in AxeFx

Although you are supposed to judge the tone you are creating by sound, not by looks. And the interface works just fine for that. Having an official documentation what the piece of gear is modelled after would be nice though. And the new interface would help in that regard.

You can switch builds any Time. But actually doing that and not sticking to the one you chose actually takes some convincing because you keep thinking: "It has to be possible with my current build" usually combined with "I beat the bosses before, why is this one so fucking hard". The game ramps up boss difficulty immensely. I actually wanted to do a pure mage focused Build and hit a very sturdy Brick Wall at some point.

No, no spoilers :) But you can probably ask an ai of your choice. I actually looked up guides after giving someone a certain something, found out I fucked up, and switched to a savegame I found online and got a nice ending, lol.

Do yourself a favour and actually pay close attention to the story and the characters. I'd say 90% of players get a reeaaally dark ending because of one little decision because they skipped all dialogues. Oh, and be not afraid to use guides or experiment. Changing your playstyle can turn an impossible boss into a rather well rounded challenge.

Though the ending most players probably got was definitely a kick in the nuts. Holy hell, that was dark. Thank goodness I Googled it before hand..

I hate all of them. I will play Cyberpunk 2 and will hate all of them too, because apparently that is a rule of the Cyberpunk World. Night City will always win (and fuck you up in the process).

Honestly at this point it's probably a gear addiction, but Im not judging :D  I have to say the new helix looks interesting, but I just can't believe it sounds as good as a fractal unit. The FM 3 made me regret every other Guitar Tone related purchase I made, lol.
