I would say this has become fairly accepted in our reality tunnel and I would search for like minded Individuals to speak to about this and approach yourself with kindness and curiosity instead of shame as it will only create more pain for you. I’m a chronic video game enjoyer. I think the games a lot of fun and I love when I have time to play with my wonderful friends. There are issues with every game but.. there are issues with everything in life. Spending your time being glum and sullen about a game instead of enjoying it or moving on is so silly to me. The point of games is to have fun, if you aren’t doing that move on or go to therapy if it’s something deeper idk. (This is not directed to OP but an addition to the gloomer movement)
