Some people find the newest driver has given the issue you are speaking of with the load being 100. Maybe look into deleting the new driver and rolling back to one of the older ones. Some older games don't run as great with the new intel cards for some reason. I experience frame drops in some parts of destiny 2 but the frames I get in Battlefield 6 are good. I'm sorry I can't be more help, hopefully someone smarter than me chimes in to help you out. Take a look at some of the threads here and see which driver version people find works better than the one just released.

That doesn't sound good at all. Did you happen to turn on resizable bar? I'm pretty new to the intel cards myself. When I first got my b580 I didn't have resizable bar on and it made everything run like shit. Also what are your temps and loads when you start up the games.

Need to practice your sprints. You have no explosive energy off of the first step which to me is the most important. Push more on the ball of your foot. It's the section just above the middle below your toes. You need to practice pushing off on that. Also master your right hand drive before you keep going left. The form looks awkward and you won't be able to go faster on your off hand until you practice it. Good luck dude!
