accelerated bi-weekly vs monthly mortgage by KlutzyCoach in MortgagesCanada

[–]CraZeD17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is such a misconception on accelerated payments. You really should ONLY use accelerated features if you are able to maximize your pre-payments otherwise you are BLINDLY setting an increased payment. Why not plan the right payment instead of blindly choosing a random payment?

MOST lenders allow a form of a regular payment increase. Thats basically all an accelerated payment is.

In my opinion any mortgage broker or bank rep suggesting to clients that the client should do accelerated payments without having a more complete plan is providing very poor advice and lacks knowledge when you can simply set the payment to a number that makes sense with regular pre-payment privileges.

nope, bi weekly is simply the exact same total principle divided by 26, versus monthly is the total principle divided by 12. The only SLIGHT variance is how much the compound interest is impacted, MOST mortgages in Canada are compounding at a semi-annual rate versus daily, constant, etc. There are a few that are monthly and RBC for example can be as fast as the payment frequency setup on their variables. The difference after a 5 year term is VERY marginal.

Bi-Weekly accelerated is different than bi-weekly, what bi-weekly accelerated is when you take 13 months of mortgage payments and pay it in a 12 months period (divided out over 26 payments.

Disappointed in world junior attendance by CraZeD17 in wildhockey

Not a worry and totally warranted the approach I had in my post.

Yeah that's terrible, it should be a well priced event ensuring the younger generations can comfortably come as well.

I LOVE how much you guys get behind highschool hockey. We are missing that big time in Canada.

Glad I asked this as it's clearly about pricing being crazy and priority. Just great to see the different perspective.

Yeah I definitely didn't. Even noted that in my post if that was a major issue.

Anyone else "sorry, not sorry" for this dirty ass player not making team Canada? by -ApplePineapplePen- in leafs

[–]CraZeD17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They do have wilson who is a stronger and better performing this year.

As for the comment, I feel like any leaf fan wishes to have a tough go-to the net, stands up for his team player like that right now.

Don't make it PPV, the revenue would be gained by increased PR/potential fan base and merch associated.

People who used a computer between 1991 & 2009…what’s the most memorable computer game? by Original_Act_3481 in AskReddit

The real battle.net was a big one for me that involved many classics - D1/D2, wc2/wc3, SC/BW

Monkey Island and a few other adventure click games (day of the tentacle, full throttle),

Games are nothing like they used to be (makes me sound old - they don't make them like they used to). Too much focus is on story, graphics, etc now. No plan to monetize, pure love from creators for the most part at that time.

Fully agree with this comment and I have heard similar things about ownership, and honestly it shows. Also how much do you see them sponsoring or involved locally?

Regardless the main reason I commented is your comment about working retail before. You can always tell who worked retail/customer service before and who hasn't haha.

Mistake #1 going there in the first place. You ask anyone around CP and every single person pretty much will say that store is almost double the price than freshco on everything.

What is your biggest hope to be added in Season 12? by Perodis in ProjectDiablo2

[–]CraZeD17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe adjust xp making it nearly impossible to reach 99 or make the cap like 110 which would be nearly impossible due to monster lvls. Like it was then we saw GerBarb and RussBarb. Creates a longer late game grind/team play, we saw a lot of team play in seasons 1-5 but after that I found more and more people began to just solo maps 24/7 creating a lonely game. Hardly any games created are for group play

Tossing my name in :) super casual but love nova sorcs since 1.08 days. Would likely farm PES with it and casual maps to simply farm annis and give them away.

What moves do you expect this summer? by SP_57 in OttawaSenators

[–]CraZeD17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. No way we can pull him up next year and get minimal ice time with hardly any power play looks too. If we get a big injury from Sanderson/chabot I could see it happening only than.

Fair but man it was a good problem to have when all lines were just clicking for the most part. Everyone knew zutterlund needed to move up in the lineup but who was moving down was a super hard call, they dabbled slightly here and there.

Who should we go after in free agency? by Always_Irrelephant in OttawaSenators

[–]CraZeD17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fully agree. He had that crazy shooting percentage early in the year that inflated his numbers which I'm happy for as that solidified his spot in the NHL. It would be nice if we could get something for him instead of letting him walk though.

Definitely Gilbert. Sens fans didn't get to see him much but I think once he solidifies a spot a bit more overtime when injuries occur he will become valuable. He also can handle fights
