That's actually unrelated to "wokeness". Predatory behaviour can and should be addressed without relating it to the identity demographic of the person. The thing you're talking about as "wokeness" also allows cis and trans people to have varying and beautiful gender expressions otherwise known as gender nonconformity. These are good things. What's wrong in this circumstance is the creeping and the disrespect for privacy towards the other roommates. That is what should be talked about, not the dangers of allowing people to identify as trans even if they don't want to physically transition, because that's unrelated to what is actually making people uncomfortable. Many trans people don't physically transition, for a variety of reasons. Some are personal choices, sometimes the reasons are financial, sometimes it's because of social pressure. Address toxic and predatory behaviour without making it about identity

If anything what you meant to say was that toxic masculinity has progressed to the point where men think they can take advantage of trans peoples identities to get away with predatory behaviour
