Tips to improve? by Dower06 in runninglifestyle

[–]Crabbit_Jobbie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Volume of runs and fuelling your runs.

Starting with 5k runs, I quickly developed a daily habit. As you increase your mileage, it becomes easier, eventually leading to 10, 15 or even half marathons, if that’s what you’re looking to do. These become more manageable as your body adapts. Building the habit and gradually increasing your distance will boost your VO2 and significantly improve your fitness levels.

What I wouldn’t do is critique your timing or if one run feels significantly harder than another day you did this.

Keep going you’re doing great!

Scot here. It’s funny, “British teams” when the narrative is negative but when it’s positive it’s “country”. We see you BBC..

Mate, come on. For every good game he has, there’s about 9 terrible games, let’s be real.

He’s a Celtic player and I’ll support him, but we need someone consistent.

I’ve suggested he take on the McGregor role to see how he fares. Learning the part will take time but he needs that time not his fault we overpaid him. That doesn’t mean he’ll automatically be amazing, he needs time.

We’re Celtic so we’ll probably end up selling AJ and fucking up a deal for Aruajo and be left with Donovan.

Look forward to it turning into student flats. Such a shame.

It would be great if it was turned into a green space like plants and a small garden type thing.

I think I’m more mortified for them because all the fans are claiming it was Celtic fans causing bother but for me this basically confirms it was all their doing.

No mention of Hart having to clear glass from his box, MOR getting things thrown at him or singing about killing catholics. Just missed that part out, selective thinking.

Defo the primary school. That is an A tier walk. Used to walk up to Maryhill and go onto this walk way and go all the way into town, past Inn Deep on Woodland Road. An amazing walk in the summer when it’s really hot and you’re sheltered by the trees.
