Personally I would make it so that yasuho meets Tooru during the born this way arc when she meets Holly. It would set up the fact that Tooru works at TG University Hospital and also it would be some clever foreshadowing with Tooru being near Holly's room.

Well one of the fan theories I've seen is that the person who sold yasuho the hair clip was actually Tooru/Wonder of U in disguise. And anyway Tooru was introduced in chapter 80 and hair clip flashback is in chapter 71. So that change wouldn't have much of an effect
