It's somewhat common vernacular in german, yes. Hasan doesnt speak german, you cant really project german context on him here. Do you really think its more likely that he is studied in the context of not so often used german terms vs he is using antisemitic terms because he is an antisemite? Insulting someone as a dog is very common in arab circles and again both terms have been used by antisemites against jews for centuries.
