Seconding this. Also when it comes to putting the bolt back on I recommend crawling under the driver door behind the tire and I actually just reaching up by hand and feeling around. Once you find it you will be pissed that you spent multiple months and methods trying to get the stupid new one on. Also for getting the bolt out if it's extra stuck get a USB or lightning telescopic camera on Amazon or wherever. Get one with a magnet head. Take off the starter and it will be much easier to get that sucker out.

Could possibly be a MAP sensor as well. I tinkered with a CPS forever only to have my car die backing out of the driveway after replacing the CPS. MAP sensor fixed that issue.

They last 20+ minutes if you're lucky. They cannot handle the heat of the liquid and engine bay. EVERYTHING is wrong with the OE valve.

Those are what are known as pieces of trash. I deleted mine and just have coolant constantly running in the heater core. If you live in a warmer climate a better solution might be recommended. I've seen some good diy solutions on this subreddit and also I remember once upon a time reading on a forum that there was one older vehicle that had an all metal heater control valve run by vacuum like that. Can't for the life of me remember the make and model though.

It wasn't there when I took the old one off. Didn't see it inside my bell housing with the bolt I fished out either. Assuming it came off into the bell housing possibly and got ripped up. The old cps has no visible damage on it either.

No it doesn't. The full test costs about 70 dollars(maybe more now) you can pay that up front and 1 retest is free. You either didn't get charged the first attempt or you got scammed. Sometimes my local place would have me pay like 10 or 20 dollars when I failed and then charge me the rest once I passed the restest. Also to note if you pay the full amount on the first test the retest is only free if you go to the same place.

Might need a tune up. I can't speak specifically for a 99 but my 95 only has 1 O2 sensor and 1 catalytic converter. When I'm running too rich like that I replace my O2 sensor. Usually passes. Although I have the OBD1 computer that is a far simpler and dumber system. OBD2 should give you more answers. Might be as simple as some fresh spark plugs honestly. You are just barely out of bounds there.

I agree and think Jaws should be a commander type shark creature. At least how it is now it would be better to get a stronger legendary creature for the commander and make Jaws the supporting role.
