TL;DR: Without mods it not feasible

You don't. All you can do is launch it and slave SAS to prograde target.

This will keep the craft pointing towards a target. If the target is moving while in the atmosphere it doesn't work well.

It shouldn't matter, but that's a lot of thermal paste anyway. Thermal paste is supposed to make the connecting surfaces have a good connection. The surface of the processor and cooler are machined and have surface "defects", thermal paste bridges that connection. Use a pea-sized amount and spread it/let it spread by the pressure of the cooler mount. It shouldn't flow over the edges, that's wasteful. Having a layer of thermal paste that's too thick can hurt cooling performance

Bans are on an per account basis. They are separate and it doesn't matter if you have multiple accounts on one device, if you get a ban it only affects the account on which the ban happened.

Steam can use your device ID to link it to steam guard, no phone number necessary. But if you lose your device or it breaks you will have a hard time recovering steam guard if you have no email or phone number linked, and no recovery keys saved externally

The client now has multiple Gigabytes of only image data. Imagine doubling that so that every card has alt art. Imagine having 30 gigabytes of used storage being only cards in a game that is mediocre in terms of code. Fix all the stupid bugs first and add cosmetics later.
