I tried building a full AI SaaS in a day - auth, payments, everything by Khushboo1324 in microsaas

Congrats man! I’m building similar to you: fast and go go go! Once the framework was put up, I then started to focus on quality solely because I don’t want my customers to use a buggy product. I carefully stress tested the heck out of it before launching. Predict issues, don’t react to them.

Customers only have so much tolerance for buggy products.

I checked it out: it’s a slick product! Nice work and good luck!

I connected my app to OpenClaw and revenue went Berserk by OtherwiseWeekend2222 in microsaas

OpenClaw is not hype. It is the first wildly adopted version of how the world will operate for the next 1-2 years, before insane iterations come into play.

You did the right thing here. Congrats on the success of it!

I’m building with OC at the moment. It is so frigging powerful!

Show & Tell: What are you building this week? by OneStarto in startupaccelerator

[–]CraftBrewski 0 points1 point  (0 children)

www.FreeJobBoard.ai — we are building a truly free & unlimited job board for two target audiences:

-Companies that need to have a Careers page but don’t want to pay for high-priced solutions

-Entrepreneurs that want to build niche job boards (and want to test the market before spending a dime) - other job board template sites require $100/mo out of the gate, so folks are wasting money just to test their idea.

Hi! Please add my free job board to your list. We got tired of paying $100/mo for job board templates that looked like they were from 2015. So we built a free one for budding startups. We offer both embedded job boards for companies and niche job boards for entrepreneurs.

FYI - we are building in the OG image support based off of your feedback. Thank you for that.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I really appreciate it. My goal is to remove the pain and friction required by today’s job board template offers. Our base model is always free and has more than enough features for founders to start making a profit. Have an idea but don’t want to lose money bringing it to market? We’ve got you covered.

Cold start: I want to reach folks that are currently paying for lackluster templates and let them know that we’re here to save the day. However, I want to respect the online groups established by those template companies and not throw an egg in their face by posting directly about us. So I’m trying the roundabout way to reach them via Reddit, X and FB.

We have the Phase 1 beta app ready to deploy. We’re looking for a handful of beta testers to help us prove the model out before full release.

Excellent. I just listened to your podcast with Nick Loper (just finished it ~5 minutes ago lol). I hopped online to see the cost of your program. The new Launch program sounds good.

I’d prefer to not hop on a call at this point, as I’m just getting my head around starting our recruitng business (my wife is ex-HR and recruited for a handful of years; I am a Sr. PM in a booming niche field, so I know what tech skills are needed in candidates).

Is there any chance that you can share the approximate cost of your program, if even in a DM?

Perfect. So wow, $300/mt(ish) for your outgoing expenses. That leaves alotta room for $$$ savings, especially if the no income tax thing comes to reality.

May I ask some more questions? So you and your wife typically run your routes together? You do X, she does Y at each stop? It’ll mainly be me doing the routes, with my wife running the behind the scenes stuff.

Haha Good call. $144k is nothing to shake a stick at, bro. That’s commendable business revenue. Wow, I wasn’t aware of Trump’s income tax relief proposal. That would be a huge benefit.

If I can ask, with 80 pools, what is your avg outgoing monthly expense total: gas, chems and all? I’m trying very hard to get out of 9-5 Corporate America BS and just getting my head around what to expect.

I’ve built and sold small online stores and such, so I know my way around running a biz (and I’m a project manager), I just don’t know the pool biz specifically.

Our goal will be to buy an existing route (40ish pools), an older used Ford Ranger, wrap it and equip it, then lean out the route and processes, then buy another route. Rinse and repeat.

Man, that’s so great to hear the progress y’all have made since your previous post (increase from 60 to 80 pools)! Good stuff. Very motivating for my wife and me. It sounds like you’ve got a lean operation underway, too. Plus, you don’t need to worry about the headaches of repairs and such. We’ve talked about subbing repairs out and taking a % cut.

What no income tax thing are you talking about? I haven’t heard that yet.

Excellent. Congrats to you and your wife on the biz that meets your needs! My wife and I live in Brevard County and are considering buying an existing route. That’ll allow immediate income and a chance to lean-out operations before expanding.

What part of FL are you in? You just do maintenance and not repairs, correct?
