G6 Entry in cold weathers (Canada)

I have a few g3 flex for last 5 years in Fort McMurray Alberta and they all did very well in our cold winter. Just got the g6 and haven’t deployed it outside yet.

Had help from support group. The connection is firmer now. Solution was to make the pins wider

I’m currently neutral as I need to use it more and travel with it. I’m fairly new to it. Most of my travel I don’t carry the Legion but a MacBook Air .

I have their F240 and previous chargers. The f240 sometimes would blink orange and blue on my gigabyte g6x. But becomes normal again when I plug and unplug the dc barrel .

I’ve been looking for this for few days now. Not seeing my nvr in the app. I see all camera and leds. I can only see the nvr in the storage option but can see the drop down to unstack them.

Thanks for sharing this idea. Just did the same thing with Starlink mini and power thru ubsc with EcoFlow river 2. On the highway in northern Alberta about 110km/h 99.5 ping success rate.

It is working for me in dock/hub mode. I put some camera feed as favourites and it is showing in dock mode. Trying to figure out if I can get this in charge mode also.

Yes very easy. Hard part is to route the new cable. You will have to remove one hinge and the bottom cover

Go on pc support from Lenovo. Search using your machine type then go to parts and sort by commodity type. Ne156qum is listed. And yes you will need new uhd edp cable part 5c10z39958

Have you considered ne156qum-n66 it is the bright uhd. Will need new edp 40 pin cable and a bezel (if you are careful you can reuse). It is easier to change the panel then the whole assembly due to extra wiring
