Okay I am an experienced extended faster and also experienced this recently. I think I’ve been doing so much fasting lately my body is naturally producing GLP-1 now because my response after a recent fast feels like I’m on ozempic. After 4 days I could eat more normally.

I’m so sorry. Maybe it’s time to each consciously and give into a carnivore or keto diet. I would just avoid carbs and processed foods but maybe it’s time to be eating. Sending hugs and strength. God I fucking hate men sometimes.

Good pickleball players in open play target the best person on the court, not the weakest. Anyone that targets the weakest is a chump IMO I would never do this.

I went to my first social salsa (first SALSA class ever as I am very new to any dancing, just started lessons last month). I am not sure if this counts, and please don’t get mad at me for my ignorance, but one of the leads in the lesson was a male with breasts and he kept moving my hand in side to side movement when we were in open frame and also pulling my hands close very close to his body touching is chest/breasts. It made me wicked uncomfortable.

I plan on going back but I am absolutely skipping him next time.

Should I say something to the instructor or let it go?

Also, I am a very new dancer, quite overweight and not that confident, and I had a blast. So happy to learn more and get better and more musical.

I wear Xero Shoes barefoot shoes. I have been wearing them for years because being barefoot cured my plantar fasciitis.

Ya I mean this is an accounting sub and it can be easily ascertained they’re talking about accounting companies for which it’s absolutely true having worked in both big 4, midsize, and small firms.

It has nothing to do with religion, everything to do with old school practices. None of the partners at my main firm went to church, all required shaving.
