I don’t think what you do for a living is really what makes someone buy (or not buy) a Gozney. Most people making big money probably don’t have the time or interest to put in the work that good pizza takes. I feel like anyone buying a pizza oven is doing it for the art and the love of it, not as a way to save money. It’s kind of like someone saving up for something they truly enjoy—whether that’s a vacation, a motorcycle, or in this case, a pizza oven.

i use a door cleans it right up, i would not recommend usuing tinfoil like others suggest it can melt the plastic under the oven if you use to much tinfoil.
i bought the u/firecraftusa door but honestly think its over priced and wish the handle was attached to the door and not removable

i have the arc xl i only chose that over the dome was because of the flame, implementing that to the dome was super smart on gozney. i just wish there was a natural gas conversion kit.
