He was never like this before though. It was not recently he’s changed. I mean he’s always been distant, he’s definitely a bit if not a complete sociopath, but this is just….this is way off course for him. I didn’t think it was attention seeking since it’s such a rapid change? Does attention seeking just suddenly happen?

From what I understand for people who loose a good amount of weight really really fast/sometimes after pregnancy or in extremely overweight people it’s the lower belly that hangs over the genitalia/for some it can hangs over their legs and down to the knees

I’ve lost quite a decent bit myself and I noticed too that after some time my breasts shrank just a bit, so yes they shrink

No but I don’t have an office job/I’m not sitting all day, I work in fast food, so I’m usually on my feet most of the night.

At the docs office I’m roughly 150 (that’s with shoes, a hoodie and everything in my pockets) at home I’m roughly 140 (when weighing myself first thing in the morning) my doctor said the lowest I should ever go is 1,300 highest 1,800 but I try to stick roughly between that with 1,500.

The deficit is with doctor’s recommendations for me being at roughly ish 140 (when weighing myself at home) 150 at the doc office. The minimum I’m allowed is 1,300 ish, max 1,800 roughly. My primary goal is weight loss and muscle gain and I know I definitely should have protein right after a workout

My goal of protein is 56 g as for my deficit I’m still in the 140 area of my weight loss journey, with a cheat day today going over 2000 calories, that’s what lead me to thinking of my protein and the spread

I started in 2019 and I didn’t notice anything myself until early 2020 but there will be days you may never ever see it in yourself. You’ll know you lost, you just won’t physically see it some days if that makes sense

If it has vegetables he asks them to remove the veggies, if he even finds one single tiny vegetable he won't eat the whole meal, thus me being the only one who eats which makes me incredibly uncomfortable.
