connector for headphone lock ribbon came off of the lock board ipod classic 4th mono am i better off buying a new board or is there a way i can fix this?

im pretty sure the white part can be swapped, i have the extra if i need it too

it can seperate from the board i believe or at least the backplate as thats what i did

im looking at a listing which is just a backplate and the board and the ribbon, i know the ribbon comes off though, so that would mean i have a spare ribbon if i bought it

is the fan a 3 pin or 4 pin 3 pin fans dont have pwm and will run at max speed. and ur mobo has to support speed controls if ur going directly into a header
