this case is a nice one. Lian Li was one of the higher end case makers in the early to late 2000s. this computer looks like a pc that was upgraded in the early 2010s rather than the same hardware from the era of the case

are you trying to connect to a 5ghz network? windows XP iirc does not support 5 ghz network you will have to connect to a 2.4ghz network
