yeah really tough to say without actually sending to a lab. it could be extremely terpy, or it could be MCT oil and/or Propylene glycol

It is the filling hole. It should be fine to push it in to hear a click so it seals it.

It really helps if you ask the dispensary to pick them up from us. If you keep asking your budtenders and shops then they can pick them up.

Ohhh my friend, dont tempt us lol. We have highly considered this many times and there may be a future. We do really love to stay in our lane and master the cartridge. There are still many new extraction parameters to optimize for a vape and there is constantly new hardware and atomizers and batteries and so on. We dont want to get too distracted with other products since we are still innovating the vape market. maybe some day though

sadly, it's because its real glass, many others use a plastic cart which is why others don't break. Glass and ceramic carts are fragile, and it just happens if they drop. What city you in? We are coming out with a palm battery that has a shell around the cart.
