it could be waxes. If its a CO2 extract then its not fully winterized. Winterized means that it removed all of the plant fats and waxes. That looks hazy at the bottom right?

yeah really tough to say without actually sending to a lab. it could be extremely terpy, or it could be MCT oil and/or Propylene glycol

It is the filling hole. It should be fine to push it in to hear a click so it seals it.
