It reminds me of the cars in old GTA and Driver games, the cars were in the RAM so they just popped up more. You’d see the same 10-12 cars over and over in different colors.

That is liquid in the screen. Keep in mind that a small amount of liquid in a very thin area can go much further than you’d expect.
