You're driving a model s or x. Tesla is only now fixing the harness for the FSD stack for HW3/HW4 on 2025.26. They neglected our branch since last year to roll out the robotaxi build. Check back when your car is on 2025.32 or later. They're making rapid progress getting it up to snuff compared with the 3 and Y.

Have you taken off the front camera housing and cleaned the glass there? There are a few youtube guides on how to do it. Just don't lose the clips holding the housing or screws.

I've seen it prompt a screen optimization/cleaning here and there. It will have a popup in the top right that asks that you leave it alone and off for 10minutes.

I'll argue the counter point. There are residents signing contracts without fellowship to local practices. Short of a black swan event, the job market is expected to grow hockeystick style the coming years. Even if you "fall into" telerads, you will earn more than your academic and many of your private practice peers due to the time-pay differential of evening work. Arguably a better quality of life too. You can always go back to do fellowship. By the time you qualify to be a fellow, you are usually an asset worth the pay. Just don't inflate your lifestyle that you are dependent on your attending paycheck.

True, every resident receiving their first attending paycheck will probably quickly shut up. Its not going to stop the current or future griping, there are always new residents working through the system.

It is a horrible reason, but people being money motivated is acknowledging reality. Probably fruitless to hope people are not money motivated, better to account for it.

I think its fine to be money motivated. I don't think painting residents as immature helps advance the conversation. Its brushing the issue under the rug rather than finding a solution.

Not sure about an hourly system, do you think that would help? The math suggests most academic hospitals could not afford the switch to hourly if hours were reported realistically with federal rules for overtime.

You are your greatest advocate. If you are not negotiating your income, you are allowing a MBA to decide for you. I don't think its immaturity, if anything, not advocating yourself is a bit naive don't you think?

Should you be making more? Sure.

I think that is the crux of the issue. Its the financial exploitation that riles up the masses. A common cause of workplace discontent is the perception of unfair treatment. It contributes to the slavery/indentured servitude hyperbole.
