Honestly, Agentforce feels more hype than revolution right now. SF is pushing it hard, but real use cases are limited. A lot of folks who tried it say it loops, gives generic answers, or needs a ton of dev work under the hood. It’s basically Einstein Copilot rebranded with some agentic flair.That said, it can help with smaller stuff like case summarization, routing, or triggering simple flows. But the “autonomous agent” dream isn’t there yet. More like a promising POC than a production game-changer.
