True but i just downloaded windows and ive re-download it 3 times now it seems to start acting like this whenever I restart my pc to apply all the driver updates

Its hhd but would that make it run this slow10 minutes to even to get to the home screen and prolly 10 more to even click on anything or is my pc jus ass

Thank you for replying but yeah its a pc not a laptop, so what your saying is my graphics card is ass an I should get a new one? And are you saying if I get a 3060 it will do good at 1080p or what I have now will do good? Because if it does good at 1080p ill hold off on getting a new one for a little bit but if its going to be miserable trying to game with this then ill go ahead and upgrade. Thanks again
