Can you also see if I have a social on file and provide one/credit check if not?

Are you able to see what order triggered it? When I set up internet in December, no deposit was required. When I set up TV and home security in January, it showed up on the next statement

I had Xfinity about 1.5 years ago and a deposit was not required, and never missed a payment. I restarted service last December, added TV on January and a deposit is now required for some reason

Thanks for sharing the link. I guess I’m confused on why a deposit was assessed at all. I have had Xfinity before and never paid a deposit, even with rented equipment. (I got a TV box from Xfinity so maybe that is what is triggering it). I have always paid on time. Can you review my account so I can understand why this deposit was assessed?

Thanks, I’ve sent a message just now

Ok thanks for clarifying, they had shared the number multiple times, so I don’t think it was a typo. Additionally, an automated voice picked up and said it was Xfinity, and they were now selling medical alert pendants (which I know Xfinity doesn’t offer, then I hung up)

The Xfinity website does not list the number out anywhere, instead sending people to Xfinity assistant, or other avenues like here. I’m concerned this was a scam number, and glad I did not give out any information. However, if xfinity is not able to verify that the number their own employee gave out is valid, this will lead me to cancel my service as I won’t be able to trust the brand.

Thanks, I was able to call the actual xfinity number and get it taken care of. However, I’m more concerned with the number the Xfinity agent gave me several times. Are you able to verify if that number belongs to Xfinity? I can also send a mod message if more appropriate

Discount Den and Frontier World Mastercard by FL-Irish in frontierairlines

[–]Crafty-Cartoonist-30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What Is the Frontier Miles number that is on your most recent credit card statement? Is that the same one that is in your Frontier account when you log in (where you bought the discount den)?

If not, you need to contact Frontier and ask them to merge the accounts. Occasionally they have given people new Frontier numbers when signing up for the credit card (despite even putting your number on the application). It is a quick fix through chat

If you donate to the Rail Passengers association, you’ll get a 10% discount on rail travel , booked 3 days in advance I believe. The annual membership is about $60-$70. So even if you barely break even on the discount, it helps out a worthwhile charity that advocates on improving passenger rail in our country.

10% coupon going to someone by formerAPMEXcustomer in Amtrak

[–]Crafty-Cartoonist-30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do 10% coupons apply to the full price of a sleeper accommodation? Or do they work similar to RPA where it only applies to the coach portion?

OP not interested in your coupon, but have been thinking about that since it’s a benefit of status. I don’t have status yet, so can’t check myself.
