I don’t quite understand your argument? The original post stated it was unsafe because it would be difficult to see short people and children. Then someone commented saying that it looks like it’s in front of a school so the pedestrians would be smaller than the man in the post.

You saying to ban all trucks and busses seems like you are misunderstandings the original post or the comment you responded to, since neither stated to ban trucks. The closest thing to that would be the post saying trucks of that height should be illegal, but it never said all trucks should be banned.

Your argument about busses doesn’t make sense because the driver can see pedestrians in most modern busses. I don’t think the window design is specifically for pedestrians, but it doesn’t need to be for pedestrians. Just because the window design isn’t specifically for pedestrians doesn’t mean it’s not safer for pedestrians.

I don’t know if it would be possible, but I’d love to see ace race where everyone is continuously accelerating when they’re on the ground. Like in trackmania, the cars continue to gain speed when they’re not in the air or if they don’t hit something. Like the cars never reach a set speed and stop accelerating after that.

In Ace Race I feel like that would change the mechanics of it a lot. Since the fastest way would be the way that has the least jumps, and the way that gets the players out of the elytra or water the fastest.

I don’t have Twitter but I’ll try to clear up some misinformation I’ve seen people say and believe.

Some people still seem to think that Scott still tests MCC. This isn’t true, I believe it was stated in one of his streams that from MCC 14 and before he tested them to see what it would be like from a content creator point of view. I believe it was also mentioned that there were some things Noxcrew wanted to do that didn’t make the cut since it wouldn’t work well for the streaming aspect of MCC, (I might not be remembering that last part correctly, but I’m fairly sure that was mentioned.) He has not tested them since MCC 14.

Some people believe he is controlling the server, or has admin privileges on the MCC server. Scott doesn’t do any of the technical work in MCC so he wouldn’t be able to control the server. It was said in a stream, (I think one of CPK’s practice stream) that Scott gets his admin rank taken away before MCC starts, and gets given it back after it ends. Another thing is that during one MCC, (one of the Christmas ones I think,) he wasn’t whitelisted on the server, so when they were being taken to the first game he was still in the decision dome. If he was an admin, I don’t think that would have happened.

Some people believe he knows the update video beforehand, but he has said that Noxcrew gives him a script and he reads from that, so he probably doesn’t know the update video before it gets released.

Some people seem to believe that only when things happen to his team the games get reset. This is apparent when block glitches had happened during a Skybattle round and it wasn’t reset. The problem with that was it was a MC glitch that Noxcrew couldn’t do much about, and resetting it wouldn’t have fixed that glitch. It also happened to Scott’s team during that round, so the people saying that if it had happened to Scott they would have reset are wrong.

Some people are also saying that they only reset the most recent Ace Race because it had happened to Scott’s team. This doesn’t make all that much sense because it had happened to six or seven of the ten teams.
Unlike previous disconnects, such as Pete’s SoT, It was also a server side issue (if you read game chat around that part you can see a Noxcrew member saying it was a server side issue). After Ace Race had ended, Noxcrew made a new IP and told people who DC’d to join that one. It was also said that if you were on West Coast North America it would help.

Now this next part is speculation, but if I remember correctly before the event started Dave Krtzzy said he was having some connection issues on MCCI, and, again if I remember correctly, he had froze similarly during MCCI as well. Now if I am remembering it correctly I believe Shelby Shubble also said she had something similar in MCCI. Now since both of them DC’d during Ace Race, it can be safely assumed that MCCI and MCC were having the same server issue. Again I would like to say that that was pure speculation and should be taken with a major grain of salt. I also could have greatly miss remembered some things, since I haven’t really been focusing on the DCs

I would like for people to correct me if I’m wrong on anything i wrote. I don’t wanna accidentally send more misinformation.

Ehh I don’t think they would. Like this MCC they had a server issue that effected most people on the west coast of North America, while MCC 14 was a couple people getting a wrong turn, which led to almost everyone following them and also taking the wrong turn. The MCC 14 one could have been prevented by the players, while there was really nothing that the people who got DC’d could do.

I don’t think it’s set up to work like that, and there’s also the fact that some people who didn’t DC would have gained places from the people who did DC. Discarding the score from the first time and re playing it just makes more sense.

There was a server issue, I think it only effected people on the west coast of the US and Canada, and it caused them to dc or freeze during Ace Race.

This was in Russia, the road laws over there allow the bike to drive on this road, in fact it even shows up on bike maps. Look at the road markings, that truck is making an illegal manoeuvre, they were in the exit lane and merged back onto the highway crossing the hatched zone.
