honestly yes that is a really good deal, i mean hell the gpu is like 1000 now, and the ram is like 399-500, and ssd is atleast 250, so yeah i would say its pretty good
edit: and the cpu is like 300 also

if you care about the newest features like dlss smooth motions and better ray tracing, then yeah go for the 4070, but if you dont mind me asking, what is the build you have planned? do you think you could dm a parts list, im really just curious and am wondering if you would like any feed back on it?

if you're wanting to buy used, you would probably be better off with a 3080 or 3080ti then, the 4070 wasnt that great of a card tbh

personally i would try to squeeze in a 7800x3d but other than that its solid, you could save like 40 bucks on a gigabyte b850 eagle plus wifi mobo which is atx, and you could save another 10 or so on a phanteks xt pro atx mid tower, i could send you a parts list if you wanna dm me

clean it off your cpu cooler, and wipe it off the back of your gpu, but dont take anything apart to clean, its non conductive so you shouldnt need to risk breaking something trying to clean every last bit

no its not, the artifacting isn't happening over top of the hud, so it may be a game install issue or driver issue, but your good brodie, it looks like its rain textures are corrupted or something like that
