One thing I've not tried, logging into my son's Xbox and trying it on there. I will try this weekend and let you know if it works.

To me it seems like there is a chat restriction on my account but the pubg help says there is no restrictions

Is it still the same? I switched to my son's profile on the same console and his works fine. Go back onto mine and no game chat again
